Yes, teeth can be corrected at any age. We treat adults and children, but it is advisable to start early, from the age of 6, to evaluate growth and facilitate orthodontic treatments. Some problems are best corrected at an earlier age while the patient is still growing, which makes the results more durable and effective. Orthodontics improves not only dental health, but also the patient’s esthetics and confidence. After treatment, it is important to wear retainers to keep the teeth in their new position.

Types of orthodontics

  • Fixed orthodontics (vestibular): Metal or esthetic brackets placed on the front of the teeth.
  • Invisible orthodontics: removable and transparent aligners for those who prefer greater discretion.
